Exclusive Services
Welton Studio offers a comprehensive interior design service for homes and commercial spaces, guiding each project from its earliest ideas to the final, refined installation. Rooted in Brussels and working across Europe, the studio approaches every project with sensitivity, precision and a deep respect for how people live.
Our role is to bring clarity to the process — helping clients understand possibilities, navigate decisions and collaborate with the right craftsmen and specialists. Every stage is handled with care, ensuring that the final space reflects both the architecture and the individual who inhabits it.

The Process
01.
Initial Contact
We begin with a brief introductory call to understand the nature of your project and clarify whether the studio is the right fit for your requirements. This step helps establish the general scope, expected timeline and any immediate considerations.
02.
Site Review & Project Definition
An on-site or virtual consultation is scheduled to review the space and discuss the project in detail. During this meeting, we examine the existing conditions, define functional needs and assess any technical or spatial constraints. Following this session, the studio prepares a clear scope of work and an estimated design fee.
03.
Proposal & Agreement
Once the scope and design fee proposal are approved, you will receive a formal Letter of Agreement. This document outlines the workflow, responsibilities, deliverables and timelines, ensuring full transparency before the design phase begins.
04.
Project Reservation
To confirm the project start date in the studio’s schedule, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied toward the design fee and secures the allocation of time and resources for your project. Throughout the process, the studio maintains clear and consistent communication. If scheduling adjustments become possible — such as an earlier start date — you will be contacted to confirm availability. The goal is to ensure a well-organised process where expectations, timelines and responsibilities remain aligned at every stage.
